Curation & Project Management
I handle the details and the experience. From timelines, budgets, and vendors to concept, atmosphere, and programming, you can count on me to turn your vision into a smooth, unforgettable event.
On-site Management & Operations
On the day, you can depend on me to run the show so you don't have to. I manage setup, vendor arrivals, run-of-show, guest flow, and any surprises along the way, keeping everything on time and on track. You get to be fully present while I handle what happens behind the scenes.
Event Consulting
Planning it yourself but want an expert in your corner? I offer strategic guidance on concept, budget, vendor selection, timelines, and logistics, drawing on over a decade of event production experience. Whether you need a single session or ongoing advice, I help you make confident decisions and avoid costly missteps.
“Candice is just the best to work with! She’s hired me several times to work events that she’s put on over the years. She is always very positive, organized, and pays attention to all the details needed, from the perspective of the artist hired to the broader logistics of the event itself”
John Ferrara (Consider the Source, Mono Means One)
