The Heartbeat

The Heartbeat was the brainchild of Musician and singer/ songwriter Fawziyya Heart and me. We curated this open mic in Philadelphia, PA. The event was meant to bring the music community together and shine a light on those who lived in the area. The Heartbeat was a monthly event that continued for over 2 years before dissolving so each of us could pursue other endeavors
