Wedding Coordinating

    • Base fee starts at €2K

    • Includes Itinerary curation

    • One Venue visit pre-wedding

    • Day-of services

    • Starting with a base fee of €2k, including all services, but with one change…

    • Month of coordination

    • Vendor communications pre-wedding

    • Attendance tracking and any other services needed

      * Pricing depends on what is needed by the couple

  • I work only in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. I specifically work with my planning partner, Lemon & Hazel for all weddings in France

Honeymoons

    • Standard fee of €500

    • Includes Itinerary curation

    • Vetted travel agencies

    • Hotel booking and communication

    • Transport coordination

  • Honeymoon packages can also be added as an add-on to one of the coordinating packages:

    • Coordinating package one = + €300

    • Coordinating package two = + €400

    Happy to curate a personal package depending on needs as well

Festivals & Live Events

    • Pricing is dependent upon the hours needed and is requested within this service. I will curate a package particular to the client and the event. Prices can range anywhere from €1k - €10K+

  • Pricing is dependent upon the event and location. I can be paid for the day or paid per hour for the event. Prices can range from €20/hr-€30/hr

  • I can handle all ticketing operations and management for a 6-10% fee of the total sales depending upon the size of the event and expected tickets sold.

Independent Productions

    • Pricing is dependent upon the hours needed and is requested within this service. I will curate a package particular to the client and the event

    • Prices can range from €1k - €5k with some flexibility based on projected budget

  • Pricing is dependent upon the event and location. I only accept contract work and will not work for commission.

  • Pricing is on a sliding scale and curated after the first free consultation. The price will be based on the number of hours needed throughout the event. Prices can range from €20 hr -€100 hr

  • Can be paid by the hour, depending on the event and the level of management required. I will work as a contract worker for one event or more. The baseline is no lower than €25/hr

Talent Sourcing & Management

    1. First, we consult, and you tell me what type of talent you are looking for

    2. Based on that information, I will send you vetted options for you to choose from based on your chosen package

    3. Once everything is agreed upon, I handle all communications and logistics for the talent until the end of the event.

  • Option 1:

    This package will give you up to 8 options to choose from.

    This comes at a flat rate of €100

    I will also take 5% from the talent being booked

    Option 2:

    This package will get you 3 options to choose from

    This comes at a flat rate of €55
