She went above and beyond in ways we didn’t even expect - helping us source items like snacks for our welcome bags, researching vendors and even stepping in as a point of communication between us and our photographer, florist and other vendors. It felt like she was always one step ahead, thinking through details so we didn’t have to.

On the wedding day, Candice was a complete breath of fresh air. She brought such a calm, happy and genuinely loving energy and you could tell how excited she was for us. That presence alone made a huge difference - it allowed us to fully relax and be present.

She was also an absolute lifesaver behind the scenes. There were small issues that popped up (as they always do) and Candice handled every single one without us even knowing until later. She was the ultimate fixer - quickly finding solutions and keeping everything running smoothly.

One thing that stood out was how effortlessly she managed communication across multiple spaces. With the bridal party and groomsmen getting ready in separate rooms, she ensured everyone stayed informed and on schedule without any confusion or stress. Not only that, but she joined us for our welcome dinner the evening before, meeting all our bridal party and on the day, joined us in her car when the trolley went around on the day taking pictures around the city, making sure everything went smoothly.

Candice didn’t just coordinate our wedding; she elevated the entire experience. We felt so supported, cared for, and at ease every step of the way. We cannot recommend her highly enough.”
